Privacy notice

Thula Thula Hout Bay NPC is the responsible party for the personal information you give us here (POPIA).

We collect your name, email address, phone number and, if you ask for a Section 18A receipt, your address and ID or registration number. We use it only to process your donation, send your receipt, keep the records SARS requires, and report donations to SARS where the law requires it. We do not sell or share it for marketing. Our service providers (hosting, database and email) process it on our behalf. Receipt records are kept for at least five years. You can ask to see or correct your information by emailing info@thula-thula.org.

We do not store card or bank details. Payment is handled by SnapScan.
